Booking Conditions

For the final confirmation of your reservation, we will charge on your credit card the 50% of the total amount. The other 50%, 2 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

At all times you will be able to cancel your reservation. If you cancel or modify up to 15 days before arrival date, we will refund the 100% charged.

If you cancel or modify 2 weeks prior to arrival or if you no-show, we will not refund the entire stay charged.

Arrival and Departure

It is very important that you send us your flight number and scheduled arrival time to Lanzarote. We also need your mobile phone number to arrange the accommodation welcome. Send all the info to hola@welovetourism.es

The check in time is 15:00 PM. The check out will always be before 10:00 AM. If you want to come earlier or stay later please inform us and we will check availability, none of these services have an additional charge.
